When I realised that it was no longer enough to try to be the fastest at finding candidates, but that there was a gap in the market to become the first provider capable of creating talents that new clients are looking for.
This has created a completely new stream, introducing the concept of Academy, giving a businessperson a new way of approaching the world of talent and giving the talents themselves the opportunity to access new job opportunities that were previously almost impossible to get.

Having the opportunity to apply 25 years of experience in Innovation, Digitization and Analytics, which in the reality is having the greatest acceleration in our industry, doing my part to build something epic, exactly as it happened 20 years ago in F1 with Ferrari.

Being absolutely sure that attitude and approach can really change and influence lives, I tried with all my might to deliver to the people I had the chance to work with the message that kindness, generosity, curiosity, happiness and warmth can make the difference in transforming the professional life into a fantastic adventure and not just a necessity.
