Once you join Gi Group Holding, we will make sure you feel like a part of the team through a structured and welcoming pre-onboarding and onboarding experience. You will begin your journey with an e-learning course about our Group. You will then meet with strategic stakeholders in a 2-days immersive and fun experience to find out everything you need to know about us and discover our internal functions and business lines at a local and global level.
We recognise your full potential is one of our priorities. That’s why when you join our Group you will have access to global training catalogues to enhance your skills, get opportunities to continuously learn through a digital platform and receive plenty of on-the-job trainings.
Our Global Learning HUB is providing global learning programs, guidelines and communities of practice to let you grow your skills and capabilities with a blended learning offers. Engaging, interactive and bite-sized contents are available on our eLearning platform anytime on demand, as well as structured, real-time, instructor-led trainings are offered to you to boost your skills.
In 2022 our people have been involved in about 170.000 training hours and more than 20 hours per employee ranging from soft skills to professional contents training like Leadership Programs for new managers, Women in Leadership, Sales Masterclasses and many more.

Energy Matrix Results
The Energy Matrix is the biennial survey dedicated to all Group employees, which allows us to evaluate the energy level of the organization by indicators such as the level of well-being and engagement and the general level of trust in the company.
Through this survey each employee can contribute to the improvement and growth of our reality.
