New international acquisition for Gi Group: Grafton Recruitment
A new milestone for the empowerment of the global network of Gi Group as well as the diversification of HR services of the Group. This is how the first Italian multinational company operating in the HR sector acquired Grafton Recruitment, a company which is one of the main leaders in Central Europe in the sector of the research and selection of professionals and temporary staffing, with more than 35 years of experience.
Grafton Recruitment is active with 26 offices in Europe, with over 350 employees and 9,000 candidates placed in 2017. The transaction will enable our Group to own 100% of the corporate capital of Grafton Recruitment Europe Holdings Limited, so becoming one of the leading players in permanent and temporary staffing in a strategic area for our Group.
