About you

As a Regional Controller, you will be part of the Global Finance Team. In this role you will support LATAM Regional business by preparing and interpreting business analysis, economic and financial information, in order to constantly improve the management of operating margins, operating profitability and the volume of financial investments.

Your role

As a Regional Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Consolidate Regional single budget plans from Country/Business lines cost center to breaks down into defined allocation.
  • Support business managers with budget definition and propose budgets/plans adjustments.
  • Provide scenarios/business case on the impact on budget of decision making and possible internal/external events.
  • Provide input to countries on budgeting process in line with Group’s policies.
  • Consolidate Regional business forecasts and develop periodical updated, preparing management reports and proposing initiatives to meet objectives.
  • Drive forecasting process in the countries ensuring data accuracy through proper Group and/or specific processes and rules.
  • Support global treasury in verifying cash forecasts prepared by countries and in managing issues relating to working capital.
  • Designs business case to assess impact of decision/events on final results and value creating opportunities.
  • Provide data driven recommendations for management decision, based on in-depth business analyses.
What you will need
  • At least 7/8 years of experience in financial controlling in multi business & multi countries environments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent
