Global Treasury Intern (Milan Based)

You will join the Global Finance Team, supporting the set up from scratch of a Cash Pooling system at global level. You will support in the entire project cycle, from the building of the business case up to the presentation to the CEO/Board of the financial solution.

As Global Treasury Intern, your main activities will include:

• Assist and support the set up of a cash pooling system at global level, analysing pros & cons of the different possible structures, implications, bank relationship, negotiation and technical set up.
• Contribute to preparing documentation and presentations, retrieving and analysing data, reviewing legal documents.
• Support the team into day-to-day activities with the aim to acquire the necessary knowledge of the treasury processes, the Company’s business model, relevant monetary cycle, cash flow profile and specificities.
• Support Case study and business plan creation.
• Explore with the main international banks the up-to-date solutions and support in the negotiation.
• Support in the definition of the target model.
• Assist in the tender process (RFP/RFQ).

• Master’s degree in Financial Management.
• Fluent English
• French or German is a plus
• MS Office proficiency, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills and capability to relate with different functions within the Group (international environment)
