Global Accounting Intern (Italy based)

You will join the Global Accounting and Tax team of GI Group Holding headquarter and will participate in the preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2025, which will include 172 operating companies in 38 Countries worldwide. The intern will also support the analysis of intercompany transactions.

As Global Accounting Intern, your main activities will include:

• Preparation of the 2025 Consolidated Financial Statements, drafting of related documentation and review of the Annual Report
• Analysis for the accounting reconciliations of Group operations
• Collaboration in the analysis of intercompany transactions
• Preparation of agreements underlying intercompany transactions
• Collaboration with the Global Accounting & Tax Director and the Global CFO on Group financial projects
• Supporting the management of relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in economics
• Knowledge of financial statements and general accounting
• Knowledge of international accounting standards IAS/IFRS
• Fluent English
• MS Office proficiency, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset
• Good communication skills and capability to relate with different functions within the Group (international environment)
