As a Professional Consultant in the 360° model, you will play a key role in executing our business strategy and delivering comprehensive consulting services:

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, analyze market trends, and build long-term client relationships
• Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to client coordination and final placement
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing professional feedback and market insights
• Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and project tracking

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva)
• Proven experience in service sales—ideally in HR or recruitment consulting
• Strong business acumen and market awareness
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for results and continuous improvement
