About you

We are seeking motivated and self-driven recruiters to deliver on open mandates in the Shared services, Financial services and analytics in the search & selection business.

Your role

• End to End recruitment lifecycle management of the assigned mandates.
• Achieve the assigned targets month by month and ensure timely collection.
• Timely closures with quality resumes on open mandates.
• Finding the best talent in the market and staying updated about industry trends and key movements.
• Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships to enhance business opportunities by regular contacts and meetings.
• Ensure and maintain delivery and response TAT.
• Timely & accurate submission of reports.

What you will need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Experience: Min 1 – 2 Year in S&S – Shared Services/Financial services.

Role Competencies & Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation abilities.
• Manage high-volume recruitment for Shared Services and Financial Service domains.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic recruitment initiatives
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for recruitments.
• Ability in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive recruitment environment.
