Global Innovation & Digitalization Intern (Milan Based)

You will join the Global Innovation & Digitalization area, working alongside a team of senior colleagues. In this role you will collaborate into international projects with strategic relevance, supporting the evolution of the Company’s processes and systems.

As Global Innovation & Digitalization Intern, your main activities will include:

• Support the definition of functional requirements for the evolution of the corporate application landscape.
• Support the management of projects related to the implementation of technological solutions that enhance and enable business processes.
• Perform quantitative analyses to identify and define KPIs.
• Prepare summary presentations for internal stakeholders, including up to C-level executives.
• Learn and understand the main business models within the HR and Staffing industry.
• Collaborate with key global and local business functions and external stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in business management, business innovation or similar.
• Fluent English
• MS Office proficiency, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in innovation, business processes, and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills and capability to relate with different functions within the Group (international environment)
