As Global Product & Brand Manager, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by elevating Grafton’s global recognition and equity, driving strategic brand positioning, and overseeing marketing projects across multiple regions, and by supporting INTOO’s career transition brand and contributing to the development and promotion of solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.

As a Global Product & Brand Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, manage, and execute global marketing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with cross functional global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, monitoring KPIs and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement global brand strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition, ensuring brand consistency across marketing channels and ensuring brand guidelines adherence across the Organization.
• Conduct brand audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand campaigns.
• Drive the development and marketing of products and solutions to meet customer needs and market demand.
• Work closely with business lines to align product offerings with market trends and customer feedback, developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create and manage product launch plans, including promotional activities and sales enablement.
• Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future product development and marketing strategies.
• Deploy brand and product strategies and tools to the countries where the brand and products are present, providing guidelines to country marketing teams and ensuring proper development and localization of global brand and product initiatives.
• Monitor the execution of marketing activities in various regions, sharing results with management and contributing to the establishment of corrective actions if necessary
• Train country marketing specialists on the global brand and product strategies, ensuring they effectively implement local adaptations

• 7+ years of experience in brand management and product marketing.
• Proven ability to manage global brand strategies with a focus on service-oriented, including the development and execution of high-impact campaigns.
• Experience with product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Fluency in English
• Master Degree in Marketing or similar
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic Thinking and analytical mindset.
