Launch of the 2023 Sustainable Work Report
Gi Group Holding is proud to announce the release of its 2023 Sustainable Work Report. This comprehensive document underscores our commitment to fostering sustainable work environments and driving positive change in the global labor market.
Promoting and realizing sustainable work means making a concrete commitment to ensuring work is decent and safe, enhancing employability, generating satisfaction for both individuals and companies, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and using resources responsibly. Our efforts in these areas safeguard the future while addressing present challenges.
On the basis of these considerations, in 2023 Gi Group Holding elaborated a new version of its Sustainable Work Manifesto.
Last year, we undertook significant initiatives to reinforce our commitment to sustainable work. Our Fondazione Gi Group played a crucial role by enhancing our understanding of the employment context. This included launching the study "Youth and Work," which explores ways to empower young people to enter and remain in the workforce, thereby addressing the NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) phenomenon. Our employees embraced these insights and transformed them into tangible initiatives to support the communities to which we belong. In this Sustainable Work Report, you will find details of this and other initiatives from the past 12 months. Initiatives that we hope reflect and translate to the readers of this document how we are embracing each opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the labor market.
