About you

The Head of Global Content & Communications will be part of the Global Marketing Team, in the Global HQ of Gi Group Holding. You will shape and drive Gi Group Holding’s internal and external communication strategy, with a strong focus on thought leadership to elevate brands presence and engagement.

Your role

As Head of Global Content & Communications, your main activities will include:

  • Develop and execute a global communication strategy, ensuring that our brand message is consistent, timely, relevant and enhancing our market position worldwide.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and disseminate visionary statements, opinion pieces, and research that position the company as a forward-thinking leader in the staffing and recruitment field.
  • Lead global media relations strategy to improve visibility and media coverage across different regions, ensuring the messaging is consistent yet tailored to meet regional needs and cultural nuances.
  • Oversee the creation of content that resonates with a diverse global audience (including multimedia communications, corporate announcements, thought leadership pieces, digital content etc), maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
  • Experiment with and implement new forms of content delivery (such as live streaming of events, interactive digital platforms etc) to connect with audiences in memorable ways.
  • Curate a strategic presence at industry conferences, seminars, and webinars to highlight Gi Group Holding’s thought leadership.
  • Organize roundtable discussions, panels, and speaking engagements for company leaders to contribute insights on pressing industry issues and to network with peers and potential clients.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team leadership & people management, upskilling & reskilling team competences to keep pace with global market trends and media landscapes.
What you will need
  • Master’s degree in Digital Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia, Humanistic studies and similar
  • Over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, with significant leadership roles in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record of managing global communication strategies and teams.
  • Expertise in handling international media relations and a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and preferably another major global language.
  • Previous leadership experience, including managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong project management abilities and good analytical skill.
