About you

The Head of Global B2B & Performance Marketing will be part of the Global Marketing Team, in the Global HQ of Gi Group Holding. You will lead strategic initiatives focused on driving business growth through targeted B2B marketing strategies, with a significant emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of ABM campaigns, as well as overseeing performance marketing efforts across various digital channels.

Your role

As Head of Global B2B & Performance Marketing, your main activities will include:

  • Develop and implement innovative B2B marketing strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition to business customers.
  • Work closely with the sales and country marketing teams (and many other international stakeholders) to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy that targets key accounts with personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with business to identify and select high-value accounts, mapping out the decision-makers and creating tailored messaging that speaks to their specific needs.
  • Manage all aspects of performance marketing (including paid search, display, social media and social media advertising etc).
  • Constantly analyse campaign performance and optimize based on insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns through advanced marketing automation platforms and optimize the use of automation tools.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions that enhance marketing effectiveness and business impact.
  • Team leadership & people management, upskilling & reskilling team competences in B2B marketing strategies and ABM
What you will need
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, MBA and similar.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing roles with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful B2B marketing and ABM strategies in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo etc)
  • Fluency in English and preferably another major global language.
  • Previous leadership experience, including managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in measuring and analyzing KPIs to guide marketing decisions.
