Global Business Model Development Intern (Italy based)

In this role, you will get to make a positive difference by supporting the Global Temp&Perm (T&P) Team and Countries, you will work in an international department with a strong focus on strategic business development.

As a Global Business Model Development Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Carry out assigned tasks related to T&P Practice in different core projects
• Participate in meetings with Gi Group Countries’ teams and Internal Global Functions, handling the meetings’ follow up
• Support in preparing Powerpoint and other graphic solutions
• Excel analysis to support the T&P Team and Business
• Use of Mural for interactive brainstorming for project management.
• Contribute to community building initiatives, preparing contents and guaranteeing regular communications
• Support initiatives of knowledge building and best practice sharing targeted to all T&P organization across the different countries of the Group
• Develop the practice’s presence in the Group’s intranet, supporting the review and enrichment of the Global T&P Practice page

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics sciences or management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Good experience with MS Office: especially Excel and Power Point
• High organizational accuracy
• Collaboration, proactivity and continuous learning approach
