About you

In this role, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by sharing your knowledge, becoming our subject matter expert and supporting your team in successfully implementing a professional business model.

Your role
  • Management of complete lifecycle of associates for the assigned regiona ( onboarding to exit).
  • Ensure effective solutions to associates and clients to manage escalation/queries promptly.
  • Conduct open house/orientation sessions for assigned clients.
  • Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships to enhance business opportunities by regular contacts and meetings.
  • Maintain regular follow up on payments and ensure collections within TAT.
  • Payroll calendar adherence for attendance collection and salary release.
  • Timely processing and maintainance of associate documents.
  • Maintain and control attrition level for assigned clients.
  • Ensure compliances adhered and completed for assigned clients and associates.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 Years in managing staffing operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive effective, staffing operations, and key account management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive staffing business environment
  • Languages – English and Local Language
