About you

In this role, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by sharing your knowledge, becoming our subject matter expert and supporting your team in successfully implementing a professional business model. You will be in charge of guaranteeing a successful start-up of professional practices in new countries and you will also get the opportunity to monitor and improve recently established start-ups.

Your role
  • End to End recruitment lifecycle management of the assigned mandates.
  • Achieve the assigned targets month by month and ensure timely collection.
  • Timely closures with quality resumes on open mandates.
  • Finding the best talent in the market and staying updated about industry trends and key movements.
  • Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships to enhance business opportunities by regular contacts and meetings.
  • Ensure and maintain delivery and response TAT.
  • Timely & accurate submission of reports.
What you will need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Experience: Min 6 months – 1 Year in S&S – Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG sector hiring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for recruitments.
  • Ability in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive recruitment environment.
