Branch Recruiter – Volume Hiring

We are looking for professionals with exposure in managing volume hiring / bulk hiring in staffing industry, ensuring effective associate and client management.

• End to End recruitment lifecycle management of the assigned mandates.
• Achieve the assigned targets month by month and ensure timely collection.
• Timely closures with quality resumes on open mandates.
• Finding the best talent in the market and staying updated about industry trends and key movements.
• Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships to enhance business opportunities by regular contacts and meetings.
• Ensure and maintain delivery and response TAT.
• Maintain and update volume hiring database to ensure effective bulk sourcing.
• Develop alternate sourcing channels to increase effective sourcing.
• Timely & accurate submission of reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field,
• Experience: 1-3 Years in managing volume hiring.
