Starting from April 1st , 2025, Gi Group Holding will be the exclusive operator for the world-class learning & development (L&D) brand Tack TMI across Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). After a year of localization and strategic integration, the new Tack TMI brand matrix will officially launch on March 3rd , 2026. This marks a pivotal progression in Gi Group Holding’s HR ecosystem in the region and a major step towards our one-stop, end-to-end talent empowerment goal.

正式公告：即日起，原由秦训教育科技（上海）有限公司代理的 Tack TMI 课程业务已正式终止。当前，所有 Tack TMI 在大中华区的课程、咨询及培训服务，均由杰艾控股大中华区独家负责。 Notice: With immediate effect, all Tack TMI licensed courses previously operated by LearningGym Shanghai Company Limited are now terminated. Tack TMI’s licensed programs, consulting, and training services in Greater China are now exclusively operated by Gi Group Holding Greater China.
