智汇新局 | 杰艾控股大中华区开启 Tack TMI 人才发展新纪元
自 2025 年 4 月 1 日起，全球顶尖的百年学习与发展（L&D）品牌 Tack TMI 在大中华区（包括港澳台地区）的所有业务，由杰艾控股独家运营。经过一年本土化融合与战略重组，2026 年 3 月 3 日正式推出全新 Tack TMI 品牌矩阵。这是杰艾控股完善大中华区人力资源生态系统的重要一环，也是实现“一站式、全链路”人才赋能的关键跃升。
Starting from April 1st , 2025, Gi Group Holding will be the exclusive operator for the world-class learning & development (L&D) brand Tack TMI across Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). After a year of localization and strategic integration, the new Tack TMI brand matrix will officially launch on March 3rd , 2026. This marks a pivotal progression in Gi Group Holding’s HR ecosystem in the region and a major step towards our one-stop, end-to-end talent empowerment goal.

To ensure high-standard service delivery, Tack TMI's Greater China business structure has been fully upgraded.
正式公告：即日起，原由秦训教育科技（上海）有限公司代理的 Tack TMI 课程业务已正式终止。当前，所有 Tack TMI 在大中华区的课程、咨询及培训服务，均由杰艾控股大中华区独家负责。
Notice: With immediate effect, all Tack TMI licensed courses previously operated by LearningGym Shanghai Company Limited are now terminated. Tack TMI’s licensed programs, consulting, and training services in Greater China are now exclusively operated by Gi Group Holding Greater China.
