Gi Group Holding today announced the acquisition of Eupro Holding AG<\/strong>, a group of leading Swiss-based companies (\u201cEupro\u201d) focused on the recruitment and human resources industry. The transaction further highlights the strong growth trajectory for Gi Group Holding, as a leader in the global staffing and recruitment industry through an HR ecosystem that offers a full suite of tailored solutions through seven complementary brands present in 29 countries worldwide.<\/p>

Indeed, between 2020 and 2021 alone, the company completed eight strategic acquisitions, with an additional four expected by the end of 2022 (including EUpro). Specifically, the addition of EUpro to Gi Group Holding will significantly elevate the Milan-based group\u2019s footprint and capabilities in Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein, bringing its total temporary and permanent staffing business to \u20ac120 million in annual revenues<\/strong>, in addition to its Jobtome brand presence, which counts with \u20ac35 million in revenues. Today, with the addition of EUpro Holding, Gi Group Holding\u2019s strength in Switzerland and Lichtenstein counts with 21 branches<\/strong> across 19 Cantons<\/strong> (regions) and more than 90 employees<\/strong>, placing roughly 3,600 candidates a year<\/strong> through 1,400 total clients<\/strong>.
