Il nous aide \u00e0 renforcer notre culture d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>O\u00f9 en sommes-nous aujourd\u2019hui en mati\u00e8re de Women in Leadership ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Notre culture montre que nous soutenons le d\u00e9veloppement de chacun\u00b7e ind\u00e9pendamment du genre, de l\u2019origine ou de l\u2019\u00e2ge. Nous proposons des outils concrets pour les femmes : coachings en leadership, programme Parents@Work, formations externes, mod\u00e8les de travail flexibles, et m\u00eame des cong\u00e9s parentaux prolong\u00e9s. Et soyons honn\u00eates : en Suisse, ce n\u2019est pas courant qu&rsquo;une femme enceinte soit promue \u00e0 un poste de direction. Chez nous, oui. C\u2019est l\u2019une des raisons pour lesquelles je suis fi\u00e8re de travailler ici.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Qu\u2019avez-vous mis en place concr\u00e8tement ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Des processus RH objectifs, des analyses d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale, du mentorat, des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement, des recrutements bas\u00e9s sur les comp\u00e9tences, des parcours de carri\u00e8re structur\u00e9s. Tout align\u00e9 sur nos standards DEI globaux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Voyez-vous des progr\u00e8s ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Notre proportion de femmes est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et stable depuis des ann\u00e9es, y compris dans les postes cl\u00e9s. Ce n\u2019est pas un hasard, mais le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un travail structurel. Notre analyse d\u2019Equal Pay confirme aussi que nous sommes sur la bonne voie : l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial femmes\u2011hommes est inf\u00e9rieur au seuil de 5 % recommand\u00e9 par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Quels d\u00e9fis restent \u00e0 relever ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Maintenir le rythme. Et garantir que l\u2019\u00e9quilibre hommes\u2011femmes progresse dans <em>tous<\/em> les domaines, y compris les fonctions techniques ou sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Et bien s\u00fbr, attirer des dirigeantes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es reste tr\u00e8s concurrentiel. Pour moi, le leadership, c\u2019est donner de l\u2019espace, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la clart\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Quelles exp\u00e9riences t\u2019ont le plus marqu\u00e9e ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Toutes celles qui m\u2019ont pouss\u00e9e hors de ma zone de confort : missions internationales, projets difficiles, changements de r\u00f4le. Cela m\u2019a rendue plus r\u00e9siliente et a affin\u00e9 mon style de leadership.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Comment cr\u00e9er une culture o\u00f9 les femmes peuvent progresser ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique. Les femmes, comme tous les groupes sous\u2011repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, ont besoin d\u2019un environnement o\u00f9 elles peuvent admettre leurs erreurs, prendre des risques et exprimer leurs id\u00e9es librement. La communication, des valeurs claires et un leadership coh\u00e9rent sont essentiels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Quelles barri\u00e8res vois-tu dans le secteur ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Les femmes sont pr\u00e9sentes dans les RH en Suisse, mais souvent dans des fonctions de support. Dans les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques, notamment \u00e0 partir du middle management, elles restent moins repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Pourtant, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que se trouve le plus grand levier pour changer les choses.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Comment l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 se vit-elle chez Gi Group Switzerland au quotidien ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Un exemple tr\u00e8s concret : j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 promue pendant ma premi\u00e8re grossesse. Puis une nouvelle fois pendant mon cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9 pour mon deuxi\u00e8me enfant. Ma carri\u00e8re s\u2019est construite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la performance, la confiance et la prise de responsabilit\u00e9. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 comme consultante, j\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ma client\u00e8le, obtenu des r\u00e9sultats. Et on m\u2019a confi\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s de leadership parce que l\u2019on a vu que je pouvais les assumer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Qu\u2019est<\/strong><strong>\u2011<\/strong><strong>ce qui te motive dans ton r<\/strong><strong>\u00f4<\/strong><strong>le ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Voir mon \u00e9quipe grandir. Je me sens utile lorsque je peux les soutenir, clarifier, organiser \u2013 ou juste \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Quelles qualit\u00e9s t\u2019ont aid\u00e9e ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019endurance, l\u2019envie de progresser chaque jour, l\u2019empathie, la flexibilit\u00e9, la capacit\u00e9 de rebondir, et la passion pour mon m\u00e9tier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Comment encourages-tu la diversit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0En montrant l\u2019exemple : respect, ouverture, calme. Je crois qu\u2019on peut diriger sans \u00e9lever la voix. Ce climat cr\u00e9e de l\u2019inclusion.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Y a<\/strong><strong>\u2011<\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>\u2011<\/strong><strong>il des d<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>fis sp<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>cifiques aux femmes ?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Oui, souvent discrets mais bien r\u00e9els. Dans des environnements tr\u00e8s masculins, on peut vite se sentir en marge. Et la maternit\u00e9 est magnifique mais exigeante : tout se fait en parall\u00e8le. Cela m\u2019a rendue encore plus empathique en tant que leader.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Pourquoi DEI et RSE avancent ensemble \u2013 et pourquoi Women in Leadership reste une priorit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h2><p>Les t\u00e9moignages d\u2019Angela, Kathrin et Paola montrent une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui va bien au\u2011del\u00e0 des messages habituels du 8 mars. L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 progresse lorsque toute l\u2019organisation est align\u00e9e : les standards globaux, les processus RH, et surtout les d\u00e9cisions quotidiennes.<\/p><p>Gi Group Holding ne s\u00e9pare pas RSE et diversit\u00e9 : ce sont deux dimensions d\u2019un m\u00eame syst\u00e8me. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que DEI devient une valeur r\u00e9elle, un rep\u00e8re, un moteur de confiance.<\/p><p>La Journ\u00e9e internationale des droits des femmes rappelle que la Suisse a encore du chemin \u00e0 parcourir. Mais elle montre aussi que le progr\u00e8s est possible lorsque les entreprises agissent avec conviction.<\/p><p>Pour nous, Women in Leadership n\u2019est pas une promesse annuelle \u2013 c\u2019est un engagement durable.<br \/>Les femmes ne doivent pas \u00eatre une exception dans les postes de direction, mais une \u00e9vidence.
