Ce Code d'Ethique est conforme \u00e0 la demande des Nations Unies \"d'adopter, de soutenir et d'appliquer un ensemble de valeurs fondamentales dans les domaines des droits de l'homme, des normes du travail, de l'environnement et de la lutte contre la corruption\", codifi\u00e9es dans la D\u00e9claration Universelle des Droits de l'Homme, dans la D\u00e9claration de l'Organisation Internationale du Travail sur les principes et droits fondamentaux au travail et dans les dix principes du Pacte mondial relatifs aux droits de l'homme, au travail, \u00e0 l'environnement et \u00e0 la lutte contre la corruption. En tant qu'entreprise membre du CME - Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Mondiale du Travail, nous avons adopt\u00e9 le code de conduite du CME et nous nous identifions aux principes directeurs de l'OCDE \u00e0 l'intention des entreprises multinationales.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dans ce cadre, le pr\u00e9sent Code d’Ethique \u00e9nonce les valeurs et les principes que le Groupe (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0Gi Group\u00a0\u00bb) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’adopter dans la conduite de ses activit\u00e9s et dans ses rapports et relations avec toutes ses parties prenantes. Ce Code fait d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante de la politique de gouvernance d’entreprise de Gi Group.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ce document est publi\u00e9 et approuv\u00e9 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re et s’applique \u00e0 toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du Groupe, qui l’adoptent officiellement et l’int\u00e8grent \u00e0 leurs propres politiques et programmes de formation. Ses lignes directrices et les principes qui y sont exprim\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre incorpor\u00e9s aux codes, r\u00e8glements ou politiques locaux adopt\u00e9s par les diff\u00e9rentes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du Groupe ou, comme l’exige la r\u00e9glementation locale, pour d\u00e9tailler les diff\u00e9rents aspects des affaires et des relations d’entreprise.
Le Code d’Ethique est un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence contraignant pour tous les employ\u00e9s, des directeurs du Groupe \u00e0 ceux qui jouent un r\u00f4le de soutien, qui guide le travail quotidien et les relations interpersonnelles, tant en interne qu’en externe, avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et le march\u00e9.<\/p>

Gi Group est convaincu que ses parties prenantes s’identifient aux valeurs sur lesquelles repose le Code d’Ethique, les partageant et les appliquant comme base d’un comportement professionnel guid\u00e9 par les principes d’int\u00e9grit\u00e9, de loyaut\u00e9, d’honn\u00eatet\u00e9, de transparence, de respect des r\u00e8gles et de la loi, et d’absence de conflits d’int\u00e9r\u00eats professionnels ou personnels.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
