N\u00e3o \u00e9 de estranhar. Atualmente, os empregadores consideram que a falta de m\u00e3o de obra \u00e9 o seu principal problema.<\/p><p>Este \u00e9 um fen\u00f3meno que n\u00e3o se regista apenas em Portugal, mas a n\u00edvel global. Se houvesse d\u00favidas, bastaria olhar para os n\u00fameros: 2,6% de todos os empregos da Uni\u00e3o Europeia e 2,8% dos <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/statistics-explained\/index.php?title=Job_vacancy_statistics\">empregos na \u00e1rea do euro estavam vagos<\/a>, segundo dados da Eurostat relativos ao \u00faltimo trimestre de 2021. Pa\u00edses como a Ch\u00e9quia ou a B\u00e9lgica atingiram valores pr\u00f3ximos dos 5%, representando as taxas mais elevadas em mais de uma d\u00e9cada.<\/p><p>A falta de m\u00e3o de obra e a quest\u00e3o das vagas por preencher n\u00e3o mostram sinais de querer abrandar e ganharam tal relev\u00e2ncia que foram o tema escolhido para a World Employment Conference 2022, decorrida no final de maio, em Bruxelas.<\/p><p><em>\u201c<\/em>Bridging the Gap: Connecting Worker and Employer Expectations<em>\u201d<\/em> foi a designa\u00e7\u00e3o escolhida, evidenciando desde logo que a falta de preenchimento das vagas n\u00e3o est\u00e1 propriamente relacionada com a falta de m\u00e3o de obra dispon\u00edvel no mercado. Bastaria olhar para os n\u00fameros da popula\u00e7\u00e3o desempregada em diversos pa\u00edses do globo para perceber que estes ultrapassam grandemente as vagas de emprego por preencher, segundo dados recolhidos pela pr\u00f3pria World Employment Conference.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-314280b elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"314280b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gigroupholding.com\/portugal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/01\/front-view-people-having-meeting-office-scaled-e1655465491268.jpg\" title=\"front-view-people-having-meeting-office\" alt=\"front-view-people-having-meeting-office\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a978aad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a978aad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Preencher o gap entre empresas e trabalhadores <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-460b25f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"460b25f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Como harmonizar, ent\u00e3o, as necessidades dos trabalhadores e das empresas no mercado de trabalho, que t\u00eam mudado de forma radical?<\/p><p>A\u00a0reabertura da economia ap\u00f3s a pandemia criou necessidades e tend\u00eancias. No entanto, para serem colmatadas, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma mudan\u00e7a de atitude por parte das empresas e dos respons\u00e1veis de Recursos Humanos. Nestes casos, uma das respostas reside na forma\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo da vida, permitindo que as pessoas adquiram as compet\u00eancias certas na altura certa. Mas importa n\u00e3o descurar tamb\u00e9m os sal\u00e1rios e o aumento da flexibilidade.<\/p><p>De facto, \u00e9 isso que est\u00e3o a fazer as empresas que sentem mais o problema da falta de m\u00e3o de obra e que t\u00eam mais vagas de emprego por preencher, evidenciando maior predisposi\u00e7\u00e3o do que as restantes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es para tomar medidas:<\/p><ul><li>39% mostram-se dispon\u00edveis para aumentar sal\u00e1rios (<em>versus<\/em> 31%);\u00a0<\/li><li>48% disponibilizam forma\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias ou <em>mentoring <\/em>(<em>versus<\/em> 41%);\u00a0<\/li><li>45% oferecem hor\u00e1rios de trabalho mais flex\u00edveis (<em>versus<\/em> 39%).\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bdb7de5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bdb7de5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Solu\u00e7\u00f5es para colmatar a falta de m\u00e3o de obra dispon\u00edvel <\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9591cc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9591cc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Contudo as empresas podem ir mais al\u00e9m, no sentido de criar valor e conseguirem atrair e reter talento. E h\u00e1 v\u00e1rias solu\u00e7\u00f5es. Podem, por exemplo, promover a diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos de trabalho e de gest\u00e3o de carreiras que facilitem a transi\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, podem aumentar as oportunidades junto de grupos sub-representados e reduzir o trabalho informal, medidas que mostram envolvimento social e inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Ao mesmo tempo, ao implementar novas formas de trabalho, como o trabalho h\u00edbrido e solu\u00e7\u00f5es <em>Agile<\/em>, estar\u00e3o a contribuir para a simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o de um mercado de trabalho que se tem tornado mais complexo. Tudo isto, sem esquecer medidas que visam gerir e mitigar uma diversidade de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de risco, bem como garantir o cumprimento das leis laborais e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores.
