Numa economia global cada vez mais vol\u00e1til, a rigidez da atual legisla\u00e7\u00e3o laboral portuguesa inibe a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e o investimento. Medidas como simplificar e otimizar processos de despedimentos por motivos objetivos, com compensa\u00e7\u00f5es reduzidas desde reformas anteriores, s\u00e3o passos na dire\u00e7\u00e3o certa, mas precisamos de ir mais longe.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22427d4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"22427d4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos, como a Dinamarca e a Su\u00e9cia, demonstram que uma abordagem mais liberal e flex\u00edvel gera prosperidade. No modelo dinamarqu\u00eas, os empregadores t\u00eam liberdade para contratar e despedir, ajustando-se rapidamente \u00e0s necessidades do mercado, o que fomenta a efici\u00eancia. Em contrapartida, os trabalhadores beneficiam de generosos subs\u00eddios de desemprego (at\u00e9 90% do sal\u00e1rio anterior por um per\u00edodo limitado) e pol\u00edticas ativas de emprego, como forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e apoio \u00e0 recoloca\u00e7\u00e3o. Estudos da OCDE mostram que pa\u00edses com maior flexibilidade laboral, como os n\u00f3rdicos, registam ganhos de produtividade de at\u00e9 20% face a modelos r\u00edgidos.<\/p><p>No entanto, esta perspetiva mais liberal n\u00e3o ignora a vulnerabilidade dos trabalhadores. Esta abordagem n\u00e3o s\u00f3 eleva a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, como reduz o absentismo \u2013 um problema que a reforma aborda ao permitir despedimentos por abusos de baixas m\u00e9dicas.<\/p><p>Em suma, esta reforma n\u00e3o deve ser vista como uma amea\u00e7a, mas como uma alavanca para o futuro. Portugal pode transformar o seu mercado laboral num motor de crescimento, equilibrando flexibilidade para as empresas com prote\u00e7\u00e3o robusta para os trabalhadores.
