Mas h\u00e1 algo que a IA n\u00e3o substitui: a empatia de uma conversa terap\u00eautica, o toque de um fisioterapeuta, a proximidade de um cuidador ou a per\u00edcia de quem arranja uma fuga de \u00e1gua em plena madrugada.<\/p><p>E aqui surge um paradoxo: enquanto o mundo forma milhares de profissionais em \u00e1reas digitais \u2013 muitos dos quais poder\u00e3o ver 90% das suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es automatizadas nos pr\u00f3ximos anos \u2013 , h\u00e1 uma escassez cr\u00edtica de profiss\u00f5es essenciais, desde carpinteiros a eletricistas.
