A sua capacidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e aprendizagem coloca-a, ali\u00e1s, numa posi\u00e7\u00e3o privilegiada.<\/p><p>Contudo, a automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de determinadas tarefas \u2014 incluindo as mais qualificadas \u2014 poder\u00e1 tornar certas compet\u00eancias rapidamente obsoletas.<\/p><p><strong>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imf.org\/en\/Publications\/Staff-Discussion-Notes\/Issues\/2024\/01\/14\/Gen-AI-Artificial-Intelligence-and-the-Future-of-Work-542379\">Fundo Monet\u00e1rio Internacional<\/a> estima que cerca de 40% dos empregos globais poder\u00e3o ser afetados pela IA. A percentagem sobe para 60% nas economias avan\u00e7adas.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ali\u00e1s, \u00e9 precisamente a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o praticamente di\u00e1ria destas novas tecnologias que dificulta a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano de carreira s\u00f3lido para os profissionais que est\u00e3o a entrar no mercado de trabalho. Algo que se verifica, tamb\u00e9m, para os trabalhadores j\u00e1 estabelecidos.<\/p><p>A verdade \u00e9 que a gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z no mercado de trabalho n\u00e3o procura apenas um emprego \u2014 procura um prop\u00f3sito.
