Por conseguinte, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tem vindo a investir na \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/impact\/reskilling-revolution-reaching-600-million-people-by-2030\/\">Revolu\u00e7\u00e3o do <em>Reskilling<\/em><\/a>\u201d, uma iniciativa que visa fomentar a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de novas compet\u00eancias para as carreiras do futuro, num universo de mais de 600 milh\u00f5es de pessoas.<\/p><p>Neste quadro, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que demonstrarem maior adaptabilidade no mercado de trabalho ser\u00e3o, sem d\u00favida, as mais aptas a integrar essa revolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Este novo ano trar\u00e1, ent\u00e3o, novos perfis profissionais, com destaque para a \u00e1rea das tecnologias emergentes. Por exemplo, especialistas em IA e <em>machine learning<\/em>, analistas e cientistas de dados, especialistas em \u00e9tica e governan\u00e7a de IA, entre outros, dever\u00e3o registar um incremento na procura.<\/p><p>Acima de tudo, \u00e9 imperativo que as empresas realizem o diagn\u00f3stico das suas necessidades de <em>reskilling<\/em>. Nesse sentido, importa ter por base dois pilares: o desenvolvimento profissional e as compet\u00eancias futuras. Aten\u00e7\u00e3o: este esfor\u00e7o anal\u00edtico deve procurar equilibrar as necessidades coletivas e as individuais.<\/p><p>Do ponto de vista mais focado no trabalhador, o <em>reskilling <\/em>contribui, certamente, para os n\u00edveis de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e para o incremento da atratividade no mercado laboral.
