A \u00fanica forma de sobreviver num mercado cada vez mais competitivo ser\u00e1, ent\u00e3o, criar uma cultura empresarial assente na credibilidade e confian\u00e7a no trabalho.<\/p><p>A confian\u00e7a revela-se o fator crucial para criar equipas inovadoras e produtivas, com o entusiasmo necess\u00e1rio para conduzir a empresa rumo ao sucesso organizacional. \u00c9 certo que construir confian\u00e7a no trabalho acarreta m\u00faltiplos desafios, contudo, a longo prazo, os benef\u00edcios tornar\u00e3o esses desafios irrelevantes. Este \u00e9 um trabalho tanto para l\u00edderes como para colaboradores.<\/p><h2>Qual \u00e9 a import\u00e2ncia da confian\u00e7a no trabalho?<\/h2><p>A <em>Harvard Business Review<\/em> define o conceito de \u201cconfian\u00e7a\u201d como \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.harvardbusiness.org\/good-leadership-it-all-starts-with-trust\/\">a pedra basilar das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es mais bem-sucedidas<\/a>\u201d. Ali\u00e1s, as empresas com elevados n\u00edveis de confian\u00e7a no trabalho reportam, segundo o estudo <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2017\/01\/the-neuroscience-of-trust\"><em>The Neuroscience of Trust<\/em><\/a>:<\/p><ul><li>106% mais energia no local de trabalho;<\/li><li>50% mais produtividade;<\/li><li>74% menos <em>stress<\/em>;<\/li><li>13% menos dias de baixa por doen\u00e7a;<\/li><li>76% mais empenho;<\/li><li>29% mais satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o na vida dos profissionais;<\/li><li>40% menos <em>burnout<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Como se estes dados n\u00e3o bastassem, as empresas com n\u00edveis de confian\u00e7a no trabalho mais baixos sofrem tamb\u00e9m com menores n\u00edveis de inova\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como problemas na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Tudo isto resultar\u00e1 n\u00e3o s\u00f3 numa perda de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado, como tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 refletir-se negativamente nos resultados financeiros. Al\u00e9m disso, prejudicar\u00e1, decerto, a capacidade de atrair clientes e talento altamente qualificado.<\/p><p>Por todos estes motivos, \u00e9 t\u00e3o importante promover a confian\u00e7a no trabalho, algo que come\u00e7a com a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais. Esta pode parecer uma ideia comum, mas nunca foi t\u00e3o relevante como atualmente.<\/p><p>Ainda assim, um relat\u00f3rio da PwC sobre a confian\u00e7a nas empresas demonstra que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/us\/en\/library\/trust-in-business-survey.html?utm_leadsource=dynamicsignal&amp;userid=1652267&amp;userchannelid=176198&amp;channeltype=LinkedIn&amp;postid=fcd442f4-2af6-4308-9e90-ed51b4871dee\">a perce\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a<\/a> entre l\u00edderes e trabalhadores \u00e9 bastante distinta. A ado\u00e7\u00e3o de novas tecnologias, como a intelig\u00eancia artificial, provoca incertezas e receios entre os trabalhadores. \u00c9 aqui, ent\u00e3o, que a confian\u00e7a no trabalho tem um papel crucial, materializando-se na capacidade de as empresas mostrarem aos seus profissionais a import\u00e2ncia da tecnologia para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><h2>Como construir uma base para a confian\u00e7a profissional?<\/h2><p>Importa ainda, frisar que a confian\u00e7a no trabalho s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel se existir integridade no meio laboral. Tal como a revista <em>Forbes<\/em> destaca, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/pavelkrapivin\/2023\/10\/24\/trust-is-key-to-success-at-work\/?sh=640cb78d72d6\">integridade<\/a> \u00e9 a pedra basilar da confian\u00e7a j\u00e1 que \u201cas pessoas veem os indiv\u00edduos com integridade como consistentes nas suas palavras e a\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d.<\/p><p>Assim, os padr\u00f5es de integridade seguidos pelos profissionais que determinam o funcionamento das equipas, tendo tamb\u00e9m repercuss\u00f5es na imagem externa da empresa.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m da integridade, existem outros aspetos fundamentais para criar equipas inovadoras, colaborativas e criativas, por exemplo:<\/p><ul><li>Cultivar o <strong>respeito m\u00fatuo entre l\u00edderes e profissionais<\/strong>, assente no tratamento com dignidade e empatia;<\/li><li>Manter uma <strong>comunica\u00e7\u00e3o transparente, honesta e bidirecional<\/strong> que privilegie o <strong><em>feedback<\/em> construtivo <\/strong>e<strong> o reconhecimento do trabalho<\/strong> em detrimento da cr\u00edtica injustificada;<\/li><li><strong>Dar liberdade aos trabalhadores para tomarem decis\u00f5es<\/strong>, promovendo a autonomia e evitando o <em>micromanagement<\/em>;<\/li><li><strong>Mostrar honestidade e transpar\u00eancia nas a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, independentemente do cargo ocupado;<\/li><li><strong>Assumir responsabilidade e reconhecer erros<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Apesar dos seus desafios, a confian\u00e7a no trabalho \u00e9, acima de tudo, assegurada por uma lideran\u00e7a emp\u00e1tica e uma cultura de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, com comunica\u00e7\u00e3o aberta e honesta entre l\u00edderes e profissionais.
