Com a chegada de junho e a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do <em>Pride Month<\/em>, encontramo-nos, certamente, no momento ideal para as empresas refletirem sobre as suas pr\u00e1ticas de \u201cDiversidade, Equidade e Inclus\u00e3o\u201d (DEI).<\/p><p>Contudo, n\u00e3o podemos encarar o incentivo \u00e0 diversidade e \u00e0 inclus\u00e3o como uma iniciativa assinalada apenas uma vez por ano. Ali\u00e1s, a inclus\u00e3o LGBT (ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalgeographic.com\/history\/article\/from-lgbt-to-lgbtqia-the-evolving-recognition-of-identity\">LGBTQIA+<\/a>) deve integrar-se na cultura organizacional, tanto na lideran\u00e7a como nas estrat\u00e9gias de recrutamento, atra\u00e7\u00e3o e reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talento.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>A import\u00e2ncia da responsabilidade social e da inclus\u00e3o para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z<\/h2><p>\u00c9 no pilar social das pol\u00edticas de ESG que encontramos iniciativas como, por exemplo, a inclus\u00e3o LGBT, integrada nos princ\u00edpios DEI. De facto, os profissionais \u2014 sobretudo os mais jovens, da gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z \u2014 valorizam a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o destas pol\u00edticas ao determinarem a atratividade de uma empresa.<\/p><p>No seu estudo, a EY calcula que a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.com\/en_us\/diversity-equity-inclusiveness\/2024-ey-us-lgbtq-workplace-barometer\">g<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.com\/en_us\/diversity-equity-inclusiveness\/2024-ey-us-lgbtq-workplace-barometer\">era\u00e7\u00e3o Z<\/a> encontra-se seis vezes mais predisposta para se identificar com a comunidade LGBTQIA+ do que gera\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores. Este facto apresenta uma relev\u00e2ncia crescente, pois esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o representar\u00e1 30% da for\u00e7a laboral dos EUA at\u00e9 2030.<\/p><p>Portanto, a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas de inclus\u00e3o LGBT tornar-se-\u00e1 cada vez mais indispens\u00e1vel para o sucesso das empresas. Contrariamente ao que poder\u00edamos supor, estamos hoje a assistir a retrocessos na ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas de ESG. Este fen\u00f3meno tem ocorrido sobretudo nos EUA, at\u00e9 nas maiores e mais bem-sucedidas empresas mundiais. Este problema surge da cren\u00e7a equivocada de que a diversidade e a inclus\u00e3o s\u00e3o apenas tend\u00eancias passageiras. Pelo contr\u00e1rio, a inclus\u00e3o LGBT deve tornar-se numa pedra basilar da estrutura empresarial, espelhando uma lideran\u00e7a inclusiva.<\/p><p>Do recrutamento e da sele\u00e7\u00e3o de candidatos \u00e0 elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talento, revela-se imperativo adotar medidas que reflitam a inclusividade da empresa. Assim, os departamentos de Recursos Humanos (RH) devem tornar-se basti\u00f5es de defesa da diversidade de g\u00e9nero, \u00e9tnica, entre outras.<\/p><p>Entre os passos tang\u00edveis a adotar inclui-se, por exemplo, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de canais seguros de den\u00fancia de casos de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, para que os departamentos de RH possam assegurar a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais, nomeadamente contra repres\u00e1lias. Al\u00e9m disso, as iniciativas de recrutamento devem estar sempre abertas para todos, permitindo a entrada de candidatos independentemente da sua identidade de g\u00e9nero ou orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual.<\/p><h3>Quais s\u00e3o os benef\u00edcios da inclus\u00e3o LGBT nas empresas?<\/h3><p>A promo\u00e7\u00e3o da diversidade e da inclus\u00e3o LGBT, assente em valores de igualdade e justi\u00e7a social, permite, certamente, ampliar o leque de candidatos qualificados no mercado.<\/p><p>Ali\u00e1s, entre as principais vantagens da inclus\u00e3o LGBT para as empresas incluem-se, por exemplo:<\/p><ul><li>o aumento da capacidade de atrair e reter talento;<\/li><li>o fortalecimento da marca e da reputa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial.<\/li><\/ul><p>Desse modo, a empresa torna-se mais atrativa para potenciais profissionais, pois garante a sua seguran\u00e7a e o seu acolhimento no local de trabalho. Al\u00e9m disso, um posicionamento inclusivo potenciar\u00e1 o incremento da fidelidade de clientes e parceiros que valorizam a diversidade e as pol\u00edticas de ESG.<\/p><p>Estes fatores contribuir\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m para o aumento da produtividade, do envolvimento e da criatividade dos profissionais, devido a uma clara abertura para a diversidade de pensamento e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o, ampliando a competitividade no mercado.<\/p><p>Em suma, a aposta na defesa dos direitos humanos com a inclus\u00e3o LGBT deve manter-se constante, n\u00e3o se tornando apenas numa estrat\u00e9gia de mercado tempor\u00e1ria. Afinal, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o desses valores ser\u00e1 ben\u00e9fica, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 para a imagem da empresa, mas tamb\u00e9m para a sua capacidade de atrair talento. Todavia, o principal benef\u00edcio a considerar \u00e9, sem d\u00favida, o valioso contributo para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade mais inclusiva.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
