Mas n\u00e3o s\u00f3: promove tamb\u00e9m o desenvolvimento da carreira dos profissionais dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo-lhes enfrentar o contexto de mudan\u00e7a.<\/p><p>Nesse sentido, o acompanhamento e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, assumem um papel preponderante dentro das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>O que \u00e9, afinal, uma matriz de compet\u00eancias?<\/h2><p>Antes de se perceber o que \u00e9 uma matriz de compet\u00eancias e habilita\u00e7\u00f5es, importa atentar no conceito \u201ccompet\u00eancias\u201d.
