Estes constituem n\u00e3o s\u00f3 elementos fundamentais para garantir a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s novas realidades emergentes, mas tamb\u00e9m para responder \u00e0s necessidades dos diferentes tipos de cargos corporativos.
