Estas tornam-se indispens\u00e1veis para garantir <em>work-life balance<\/em>, salvaguardar a sa\u00fade dos trabalhadores e melhorar o desempenho individual e organizacional.<\/p><p>Afinal, s\u00f3 com uma verdadeira pausa podemos impedir a progress\u00e3o da exaust\u00e3o no trabalho e garantir o nosso bem-estar. Assim, todos ganham.<\/p><h2>Gozar do direito a f\u00e9rias e garantir o bem-estar<\/h2><p>Um trabalhador com pouca energia, que acusa sinais de cansa\u00e7o, nunca ser\u00e1 capaz de alcan\u00e7ar o seu potencial. Ali\u00e1s, engana-se quem considera que as f\u00e9rias s\u00f3 beneficiam os trabalhadores. Ao encoraj\u00e1-los a usufru\u00edrem do direito a f\u00e9rias, as empresas encontrar\u00e3o m\u00faltiplos benef\u00edcios, nomeadamente:<\/p><ul><li>Maior produtividade profissional;<\/li><li>Aumento da criatividade e da inova\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos conflitos nas equipas;<\/li><li>Mais facilidade na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas;<\/li><li>Renova\u00e7\u00e3o da motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores;<\/li><li>Melhoria da capta\u00e7\u00e3o e reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos;<\/li><li>Incremento dos n\u00edveis de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos de <em>burnout<\/em> e outras doen\u00e7as incapacitantes.<\/li><\/ul><p>Por todos estes motivos, \u00e9 vital que as empresas respeitem verdadeiramente o direito a f\u00e9rias. Por exemplo, o que parece um simples envio de mensagens pode tornar-se prejudicial. Afinal, segundo a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worktolive.info\/emailinterventioncampaign\">E-mail Intervention Campaign<\/a>, 25% dos trabalhadores evitam f\u00e9rias e 34% j\u00e1 encurtaram o seu descanso devido a <em>e-mails<\/em>. Al\u00e9m disso, 88% concordam que a permiss\u00e3o para \u201cdesconectar\u201d deveria estar expl\u00edcita na pol\u00edtica empresarial.<\/p><p>Mesmo respeitando o direito a f\u00e9rias, \u00e9 preciso estar atento aos casos em que os trabalhadores continuam a manifestar um extremo cansa\u00e7o mental no trabalho. Afinal, este pode revelar-se um motivo de alerta. O <em>stress<\/em> no trabalho pode facilmente tornar-se cr\u00f3nico, quando o n\u00edvel de exig\u00eancias supera a capacidade de as concretizar constantemente.<\/p><p>N\u00e3o s\u00f3 os l\u00edderes, mas tamb\u00e9m as suas equipas devem estar sensibilizadas para o impacto negativo do <em>stress<\/em> na capacidade de lideran\u00e7a, na tomada de decis\u00f5es, na regula\u00e7\u00e3o emocional, na velocidade de trabalho e at\u00e9 nos processos cognitivos.<\/p><p>Ali\u00e1s, segundo um inqu\u00e9rito global da Microsoft, quase 50% dos trabalhadores e 53% dos l\u00edderes afirmaram sofrer de <em>burnout<\/em>, em 2022. Outro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/future-of-asia\/employee-mental-health-and-burnout-in-asia-a-time-to-act\">estudo<\/a>, conduzido pela McKinsey, descobriu que quase um em cada tr\u00eas trabalhadores na \u00c1sia apresenta sintomas de <em>burnout<\/em>, depress\u00e3o e ansiedade no trabalho.<\/p><p>Nos EUA, um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capitalone.com\/about\/insights-center\/small-business-outlook-fall-2022\/\">relat\u00f3rio<\/a> da Capital One revelou ainda que 48% dos donos de pequenos neg\u00f3cios experienciaram <em>burnout<\/em> no m\u00eas anterior. J\u00e1 em Portugal, o quinto pa\u00eds que mais horas trabalha na OCDE, mais de metade dos trabalhadores declara estar perto de sofrer de <em>burnout<\/em>, segundo o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stada.com\/media\/7197\/health-report-2022_final.pdf\"><em>STADA Health Report 2022<\/em><\/a>.<\/p><p>A dimens\u00e3o deste problema de sa\u00fade laboral torna-se, portanto, preocupante e tender\u00e1 a agravar-se com despedimentos, <em>multitasking<\/em> e os novos desafios que se esperam no futuro do mercado de trabalho.<\/p><p>\u00c9, pois, importante apostar na preven\u00e7\u00e3o. Valorizar o direito a f\u00e9rias e o equil\u00edbrio entre a vida profissional e pessoal ser\u00e1, certamente, um passo fundamental na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um mercado de trabalho mais saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1bdc380 one_group_container elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1bdc380\"
