Tal torna-se, sem d\u00favida, cada vez mais cr\u00edtico perante a luta constante das empresas, na atualidade, pela atra\u00e7\u00e3o de talento.<\/p>\n<p>Cientes de que passamos a maior parte das nossas horas do dia a trabalhar, percebemos facilmente o quanto valorizamos um local de trabalho onde nos sentimos bem, onde podemos prosperar e conviver com pessoas com quem estabelecemos conex\u00f5es agrad\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Os valores da empresa conquistaram ainda maior peso ap\u00f3s a pandemia de COVID-19, que alterou a forma como nos relacionamos. Al\u00e9m disso, crescem num contexto em que a diversidade, a equidade e a inclus\u00e3o ganharam relev\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-245a444 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"245a444\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>Afinal, o que \u00e9 a cultura organizacional de uma empresa?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Uma boa defini\u00e7\u00e3o de cultura organizacional pode ser encontrada no artigo \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/02\/company-culture-is-everyones-responsibility?registration=success\">Company Culture Is Everyone\u2019s Responsibility<\/a>\u201d, da <em>Harvard Business Review<\/em>: \u201co modo como as pessoas da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o se comportam e as atitudes e cren\u00e7as que transmitem esses comportamentos (ou seja, \u201ca maneira como fazemos as coisas por aqui\u201d) \u2014 incluindo normas formais e declaradas, bem como formas impl\u00edcitas de as pessoas trabalharem e interagirem\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Trata-se, assim, de um modelo em que todos s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por alimentar o ambiente de trabalho desejado, n\u00e3o sendo apenas mais uma determina\u00e7\u00e3o que emana do topo para a base. Para conseguir transformar este mist\u00e9rio em algo mais palp\u00e1vel, estes autores sugerem responder a tr\u00eas quest\u00f5es concretas:<\/p>\n<h3>1) Como \u00e9 que a cultura potencia o desempenho dos trabalhadores?<\/h3>\n<p>Os autores analisaram os seis motivos que levam as pessoas a trabalhar: divers\u00e3o, prop\u00f3sito, press\u00e3o emocional e econ\u00f3mica, potencial e in\u00e9rcia. Partindo da\u00ed, descobriram que uma cultura de alto desempenho maximiza a divers\u00e3o, o prop\u00f3sito e o potencial dos colaboradores. Por outro lado, minimiza a press\u00e3o emocional e econ\u00f3mica e a in\u00e9rcia. Tal promove a chamada \u201cmotiva\u00e7\u00e3o total\u201d (ToMo<em>, Total Motivation<\/em>).<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<h3>2) Qual \u00e9 o valor da cultura das empresas?<\/h3>\n<p>Nos estudos efetuados, foi poss\u00edvel validar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a cultura organizacional (medida por ToMo) e a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos clientes. Ou seja, culturas que inspiraram mais divers\u00e3o, prop\u00f3sito e potencial, a par de menos press\u00e3o emocional e econ\u00f3mica e menos in\u00e9rcia, produziram melhores resultados.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<h3>3) Quais s\u00e3o os fatores que influenciam a cultura organizacional?<\/h3>\n<p>Sendo a cultura organizacional um conjunto de processos que afetam a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos colaboradores, importa determinar quais s\u00e3o os mecanismos que a\u00ed se incluem. Num inqu\u00e9rito efetuado a milhares de trabalhadores, no Reino Unido, descobriu-se que aspetos como a lideran\u00e7a n\u00e3o apresentam tanta relev\u00e2ncia como se poderia pensar.<\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, a determina\u00e7\u00e3o das fun\u00e7\u00f5es, a identidade de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 que inclui a miss\u00e3o e o c\u00f3digo de conduta \u2014 e a progress\u00e3o na carreira revelam-se elementos bastante mais valorizados.<\/p>\n<p>Conclui-se, pois, que a cultura organizacional constitui um ecossistema, no qual diversos fatores interagem e podem refor\u00e7ar-se uns aos outros. Ou seja, consiste no \u201csistema operativo de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, como afirmam Lindsay McGregor e Neel Doshi.<\/p>\n<p>Destaca-se ainda o facto de a cultura organizacional resultar de uma responsabilidade partilhada pelos m\u00faltiplos n\u00edveis de fun\u00e7\u00f5es de uma empresa, gerando fortes vantagens competitivas.
