Isto acontece tanto nos casos em que, por exemplo, a tecnologia extingue postos de trabalho, como nos casos em que as pessoas decidem transformar a sua vida profissional e enveredar por novos desafios.<\/p><p>Ali\u00e1s, isso ocorreu a muitos trabalhadores durante a pandemia, fase prop\u00edcia \u00e0 reflex\u00e3o relativa \u00e0s prioridades e ambi\u00e7\u00f5es de cada um, tanto profissionais como pessoais. Este t\u00f3pico tornou-se, ent\u00e3o, cr\u00edtico para alguns neg\u00f3cios, pois teve como consequ\u00eancia, por vezes, a perda de talento valioso.<\/p><p>Como afirma Patrice Low, vice-presidente dos recursos humanos da Cengage, em declara\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 <em>Harvard Business Review<\/em>: \u201cas empresas que n\u00e3o conseguirem ajudar a responder a algumas destas quest\u00f5es cr\u00edticas v\u00e3o perder grandes talentos.\u201d<\/p><h3>\u00a0 \u00a0<strong> O <em>upskilling<\/em><\/strong><\/h3><p>O per\u00edodo de pandemia tamb\u00e9m foi determinante para fomentar o <strong><em>upskilling <\/em><\/strong>nas corpora\u00e7\u00f5es. Neste caso, focamo-nos n\u00e3o numa mudan\u00e7a profissional para o trabalhador, mas em adquirir novas compet\u00eancias dentro da mesma carreira, com o intuito de desempenhar melhor (ou de outro modo) as suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 o caso, por exemplo, do pleno uso das ferramentas digitais, suportes para o desempenho de m\u00faltiplas tarefas.<\/p><p>Estas duas solu\u00e7\u00f5es foram (e s\u00e3o) cruciais para que as empresas possam reter talento, garantir o seu crescimento e at\u00e9 a sua sobreviv\u00eancia. Em alguns casos, basta dar resposta \u00e0s ambi\u00e7\u00f5es dos colaboradores. Por outro lado, noutros \u00e9 mesmo necess\u00e1rio as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es apoiarem-nos no caminho em busca da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bdb7de5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bdb7de5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Como implementar programas de sucesso?<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9591cc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9591cc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Uma coisa \u00e9 perceber a import\u00e2ncia do <em>reskilling <\/em>e do <em>upskilling, <\/em>outra \u00e9 saber como implementar programas eficazes nesta mat\u00e9ria. H\u00e1 tr\u00eas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es que os l\u00edderes das empresas devem ter em considera\u00e7\u00e3o, segundo a <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/01\/how-to-build-a-successful-upskilling-program\"><em>Harvard Business Review<\/em><\/a>:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Conferir poder aos colaboradores para que se tornem donos do seu pr\u00f3prio desenvolvimento<\/strong>: em vez de se apresentar programas limitantes, deve manter-se o di\u00e1logo aberto para os trabalhadores manifestarem os seus interesses. Assim, torna-se mais f\u00e1cil ali\u00e1-los aos objetivos operacionais e \u00e0 corre\u00e7\u00e3o dos <em>gaps <\/em>da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li><strong>Demonstrar como foram materializadas as ideias:<\/strong> ao dar voz \u00e0s pessoas, importa depois expor a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica das suas sugest\u00f5es e discutir quais foram os resultados obtidos.<\/li><li><strong>Fornecer um roteiro: <\/strong>ao criar um programa de <em>reskilling <\/em>e <em>upskilling<\/em> devem ser tra\u00e7ados percursos em dire\u00e7\u00e3o aos objetivos, enquanto se definem os marcos essenciais a alcan\u00e7ar, medidores do desempenho.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>O futuro pertence, sem d\u00favida, \u00e0s empresas capazes de evoluir, com uma for\u00e7a de trabalho em constante adapta\u00e7\u00e3o.
