The Labour Market is changing, and we want to be recognized as the worldwide player responsible for creating a sustainable streamlined and enjoyable global market for candidates and companies, reflecting Labour Market needs.
The document describes and highlights the Group’s actions over the past two years, presenting the plans and results achieved.
For us, Sustainable work means achieving living and working conditions that support people in engaging and remaining in work throughout an extended working life. We are catalysts and pivot points in a complex process of change, working in this “decade of action” as the world inches closer to the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Goals, some of which we directly and indirectly impact.
