About you

In this role, being part of the Global Finance Department, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives providing guidance to regional business, by preparing and interpreting business analysis, economic and financial information in order to constantly improve the management of operating margins, profitability and the volume of financial investments.

Your role

As a Regional Controller your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the analysis and interpretation of the financial reports of all the business lines present within the Region, highlighting opportunities of improvements, variance from targets and potential risks
  • Grant the alignment of the Countries to the reporting and controlling requirements and principles of the Group
  • Cooperate with the HQ Controlling team in coordinating the Controlling & Reporting activities in the Countries, ensuring accurate, qualitative and on-time monthly closures
  • Support, within the Region, the budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
  • Support the cash forecasting and financial planning activities in the Region, in order to ensure accurate and reliable analysis on the cash surplus or need of the Countries
  • Ensure that staff costs projections and analysis are performed in accordance with the Group methodologies and metrics.
  • Run specific analysis and controlling, budgeting and forecasting activities on HR costs
What you will need
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in multinational companies
  • English and Italian languages level: C1 or native
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Polish language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Global mindset and curiosity for international environment
  • Ability to apply multiple solutions to the business problems
  • High knowledge of the technical aspects of administrative, financial and management control activities
