About you

In this role, being part of the Global Finance Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by assess, monitor and coordinate the efficient utilization of cash and financial products at both Local and Group Level in compliance with the Group’s Financial Strategy.

Your role

As a Global Treasury Leader, you are going to handle the following main activities:

  • Cash Forecast Management: coordination of Countries’ Subsidiaries in submitting the reports according to Group procedure, consolidation of reports, variance analysis.
  • Global Cash Management: monitor liquidity position of single Legal Entities and Group overall identifying eventual needs and optimization based on Group’s financial strategy and market conditions, support settlement of InterCompany transactions.
  • Banks Relations: support Global Treasurer and Global CFO in the relationship with the financial institutions/banks and provide for administrative activity related to global financing agreements; support local Finance Teams in managing banking relationships having global spread.
  • Projects: support the Global Treasurer in extending the Treasury Management System to all the Group Companies; support the Global Treasurer in analyzing and issuing the RFP for the European Cash Pooling.
  • Planning: short and medium term projections of cash flow and Net Financial Position; support preparation of Budget Cash Flow and 3/5 years financial planning.
What you will need
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • 2 years of experience in the Treasury/Finance department, if in a Multinational Company will be considered as a plus.
  • Basic financial accounting knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central preferable) and Treasury Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and strong motivation to work in an international environment composed by 30 countries.
