GLOBAL TEMP&PERM PRACTICE INTERN – Italy Based

In this role, being part of the Global Temp&Perm Practice, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by supporting different strategic projects focused on strategic business development, gaining an insight into the key activity streams of staffing business in an international environment.

As a Global Temp & Perm Practice Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Carry out assigned tasks related to T&P practices different core projects.
• Support other activities related to the analysis and development of Global T&P business.
• Support initiatives of knowledge building and best practice sharing targeted to all T&P organization across the different countries of the group.
• Contribute to community building initiatives preparing contents and guaranteeing regular communications.
• Develop the practice’s presence in the group’s intranet supporting the review and enrichment of Global T&P Practice Page.
• Contribute to the realization of (e-)learning materials, collecting and elaborating contents, writing texts, preparing storyboards, reviewing draft modules, registering voiceovers.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in humanities studies or economics.
• A minimum of experience in similar roles will be considered as a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good experience with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Organizational and accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
