About you

In this role, being part of the Global Marketing Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives defining the successful Brand Social Media narratives for Gi Group Holding and all the global brands with the goal of increasing awareness and consideration. Are you ready to apply?

Your role

Your key responsibilities as a Global Social Media Manager will include:

  • Create, develop and manage editorial plans for all the Group’s social media accounts and adv campaigns in collaboration with the dedicated teams.
  • Create social campaigns (with a focus on LinkedIn) managing budgets and coordinate community management through social media touch points
  • Measure and understand the effectiveness of our content activities, supporting the development of metrics-driven strategies to improve performance
  • Establish effective benchmarks, monitor new social media trends and communicate insights from raw data
  • Ensure the Global social channels are managed in alignment with the Brands social media Standards
  • Support the delivery and awareness of the global social strategy, advising country teams and regional digital contacts and support regional contacts to implement actions
  • Support the development of governance processes for social media and perform quality assurance to support alignment
  • Represent the global team with the local marketers, giving them guidance and training about social media, as needed
  • Act as a “connector” able to combine different inputs coming from the different team across the company
What you will need
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in in social media marketing and digital/social media communication (whether in a corporation or an agency)
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Digital Communications, , Marketing, Multimedia, Humanistic studies or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English or native English (knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of Social media Strategy, Management, posting, Campaign management (with a focus on Linkedin)
  • Excellent knowledge of analytics and reporting (building reports, excel and presentation – data presentation, visualization, insights) & previous experience in Training/facilitating workshop
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and personal skills to establish a network: trusted advisor to peers in the organization.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn free and paid services (company and showcase pages, profiles, articles, events), including campaign manager
  • Knowledge of other social media, in order of importance: twitter, youtube, Instagram, facebook. Mastery of Tik Tok and Twitch will be a plus
