GLOBAL OUTSOURCING ENGINEER – Spain Based

In this role, being part of the Global Outsourcing Practice, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s live by improving the Global Gi Group Holding market position in Outsourcing.

As Global Outsourcing Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Improve global GiGroup Holding market position in Outsourcing.
• Gain & maintain an extensive knowledge of market conditions, competitors, future trends and “state of the art” technology, relevant to the business process outsourcing industries.
• Participate in commercial strategies in assigned verticals, producing targets lists and identifying new business opportunities.
• Help commercial team to close deals in line with established sales objectives.
• Manage and evaluate the outsourcing functional tools (RPA, OCR, BPM) and relationship with tech providers.

• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in Outsourcing Business.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of outsourcing business and management principles.
• Ability to prioritize and focus efforts on best opportunities (short, medium and long term) based on business needs.
• Good negotiation skills.
