About you

In this role, being part of the Global Legal Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by contribute to the development of the Global Legal function, advising on Holding activities and directing and controlling Legal issues in all countries. You will ensure the correct application of applicable laws and minimise business risks and possible litigation.

Your role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Legal advisory support in the field of civil/international and commercial law and support in the management of legal disputes
  • Advisory support in the preparation and review of contractual documentation relating to international partnerships
  • Verification of the legal validity of international business contracts by providing opinions and recommendations, collaborating with the Global Sales function and the Global Practices
  • Analysis and verification of Master Service Agreements in Global Tenders
  • Support in the central coordination of the legal functions of the countries
  • Contribute to the development of internal governance policies and procedures in the legal field
  • Share legal policies and monitor their correct application at global and local level
  • Support in the drafting of international agreements and other legal documents for the various company activities (purchasing, corporate finance, facility, intercompany, labour law)
  • Participation in M&A projects, collaborating with the M&A function
  • Legal advice on GDPR.
What you will need
  • Master’s degree in law
  • Experience in a similar role of at least 1 year in a multinational company or international law firm
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
  • Outstanding communication skills, both on sharing procedures and influence internal stakeholders
