In this role, being part of the Global Legal Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by drafting and reviewing contracts with clients, in an international, highly dynamic and growing context.

As Global Legal Counsel, your key responsibilities will include:

• Draft, review and negotiate international business contracts, working with the Global Sales function and the Practices .
• Analyze and negotiate Master Service Agreements in Global Tenders.
• Support the drafting of international agreements and other legal documents for internal business functions.
• Participate in M&A projects, working with the M&A function.
• Legal advice on GDPR matters and contractual advice.

• Degree in Law.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Organisational autonomy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
