In this role, being part of the Global D&I Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by supporting the product design and product evolution in line with strategic goals.

As Global Junior Digital Product Owner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Support translating the business requirements into a specific Product Design.
• Engage in regular alignment activities regarding the assigned Product through regular meetings with key referents or stakeholders.
• Propose product’s enhancements in synergy with Innovation and IT Application.
• Collaborate with D&I team to facilitate communications on digital & innovation projects within the Group.
• Handle follow-ups meeting with Product users, facilitating the product adoption in collaboration with the global and local Practice team.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 1/2 years’ experience acquired in the role.
• Good English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of the digital products and solutions used in the labour market.
• Capability to translate business needs/requirements in Product design or Product enhancements.
• Ability to work and communicate with internal and external IT partners.
• Proactivity and innovative in the assigned Digital area, being able to propose and motivate alternative solution/systems.
• Curiosity and understanding of existing and emerging digital technologies.
