GLOBAL IT SERVICE DESK OPERATOR – Italy Based

In this role, being part of the Global IT Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by working with the IT managers in other countries to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company’s global IT strategy.

As Global Service Desk Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support to the local IT teams in all the countries where the company operates.
• Ensure full alignment with the global IT strategy.
• Design and implement global infrastructure projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT offices.
• Manage the Active Directory and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Create and monitor proper IT Service Support KPIs.
• Assure proper attention and monitoring of the security of company data and systems.

• Tech Degree or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience acquired in the role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• High level of autonomy and ability to handle complex situation.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to create reporting about the Service Desk SLAs.
• Ability to translate business problems into solution.
