GLOBAL IT JUNIOR PROJECT OWNER – Italy Based

In this role, being part of the Global IT Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by working on international projects in order to implement new IT solutions and evolve existing one.

As Global Junior Project Owner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Support in formalizing project Scope, time, capacity, and overall costs.
• Overview all project implementation phases through temporary functional assigned IT team, from requirements definition till post deployment initial supporting phase and handover to IT Delivery.
• Ensure all IT project documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, contracts.
• Assure proper involvement and highest collaboration with all projects relevant IT departments in line with Global IT Strategy and guidelines.
• Assure proper attention and monitoring of the security of company data and systems, assuring the integrity and reliability of information and communications systems.
• Leverage on project implementations to partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and propose new IT solutions, constantly challenging the status quo.
• Assure proper communication and collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders involved in the international projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 1/2 years of experience acquired in the role, preferably at multinational companies.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good IT knowledge (CRM systems, mobile platform applications, integration with APIs, cloud services, document storage, infrastructure technologies).
• Analytical and technical mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
