GLOBAL IT JUNIOR NETWORK ENGINEER – Italy Based

In this role, being part of the Global IT Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by being responsible of delivering, monitoring, supporting, and enhancing IT Network solutions, operating in a multi countries and multi businesses environment.

As Global Junior Network Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Apply existing, new, and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
• Monitor the network and infrastructure systems to identify issues or problems.
• Address all identify issues to guarantee systems stability.
• Implement and maintain all necessary system reporting to measure infrastructure performance coherently to defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Support the coordination of network and infrastructure providers.
• Contribute within Technical architecture and application solutions to support at the best-defined strategic programs.

• Tech Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2/3 years’ experience acquired in the role.
• Good English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of main Operating systems, network (e.g. HPE/ArubaNetworks), and protocols, VLAN, SpanningTree, BGP/OSPF.
• Experience on SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Knowledge of configuration of load balancing and Reverse Proxy hardware (e.g. A10 e HAProxy), and routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VOIP e firewalling solutions.
• Analytical and technical skills.
