In this role, being part of the Global IT Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by being responsible of a set of IT Applications overarching and managing their development, evolution and maintenance.

As Global IT Application Owner – Digital Channels, your key responsibilities will include:

• Understand, monetize and evolve the IT application portfolio of the assigned functional area.
• Collaborate with Digital dept. in designing the evolution roadmap of assigned IT applications according to the digital needs.
• Assure full alignment with digital strategies.
• Assure proper integration with other IT Products.
• Define required budget to maintain and evolve managed IT Products.
• Assure proper inputs to continuous improvement of IT systems, processes and infrastructure to increase quality efficiency and cost effectiveness on each assigned projet.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in scientific subjects.
• At least 3 years’ experience acquired in the role.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in solution designing both on custom and out-of-the box applications.
• Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations and ITIL framework
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
• Exposure and understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies, and processing environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT Solutions.
