About you

In this role, being part of the Global Marketing Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives being responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Company’s Content, PR, Digital and Social Media strategy to improve Company Positioning, grow Sales Volumes and drive Consumers Engagement (Clients & Candidates).

Your role

Your key responsibilities as a Global Digital & Marketing Senior Manager will include:

  • Develop, implement (with Local Marketing & Team) and manage our Content Marketing, PR Strategy and Editorial Calendar for 7 Global Brands
  • Develop, implement (with Local Marketing & Team) and manage our Digital, Search Engine and Social Media Marketing Strategy for 7 Global Brands
  • Define the most important Digital, SEM & Social Media Marketing KPIs and track them together with Local Marketing
  • Manage Company SM profiles and oversee Key Company people professional SM profiles & content
  • Work with content creators and designers to ensure content is relevant, appealing and SEO optimized
  • Monitor SEO, Search Engine ranking, Web Traffic metrics, user engagement, review effectiveness and manage optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Manage external partners (Agencies & Suppliers)
  • Stay up to date with latest Digital & Social Media Marketing best practices, trends and technologies
What you will need
  • A relevant strong experience in managerial roles in Marketing that included Content Marketing, Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Master’s degree or equivalent background
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English or native English (knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus).
  • Strong skills and attitude in People Management
  • Relevant Business Acumen: turn business strategies into Marketing Plans
  • Expertise in Budget Management
  • Medium Level of Search Engine Marketing (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Adwords…)
  • Medium Level of Social Media Marketing (in order of priority: Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Medium Level of Digital Marketing (PPC, PPV, Digital ADV…)
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and personal skills to establish an international network: trusted advisor to peers in the organization.
