GLOBAL D&I COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST – Italy Based

In this role, being part of the Global D&I Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by fostering the communication on Digital & Innovation strategic projects and creating the innovative mindset within the Group.

As Global D&I Communication Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the implementation of internal and external communication strategies and projects.
• Support the planning of the annual communication content calendar.
• Manage and monitor the engagement & communication tools (i.e. Intranet).
• Bring ideas and contribute towards content creation for internal and external initiatives.
• Organize engagement, networking events and workshops to define, implement, and bring to life strategic ideas and projects.
• Collect data, information, and requests to produce and share presentations and reports.
• Keep contact with the Global function’ stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication.
• One year’s experience acquired in similar role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, good storytelling.
• Passion for internal communication and cultural diversity.
• Curiosity, flexibility, and creativity.
• Proactivity and motivation to work in an international environment of more than 30 countries.
