About you

In this role, being part of the Global Finance Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by supporting the Countries in being compliant with the Global Credit Policy, consolidating and analyzing the Credit Reports to identify eventual critical situations and find the appropriate solution.

Your role

As a Global Credit Management Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support in maintaining and updating the Global Credit Policy and verify that the Countries are compliant with it.
  • Monitor the achievement of DSO targets at Group and Countries level.
  • Liaise with the Global Credit Insurers in order to have the appropriate coverage on global credit risk exposure.
  • Liaise with the Factoring companies in order to coordinate Global programs, facilitate the process of activation/renewal.
  • Support the local Finance Teams in the credit process analysis during the integration of the new acquired companies.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on the overall credit situation of the Group.
What you will need
  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Credit/Finance department.
  • Fluency in English (and Italian), both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Good knowledge of ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central preferable).
  • Good financial accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and work in international environments.
